隨(sui)著我國對外改革(ge)開放的(de)(de)進一(yi)步深入,酒店(dian)賓館的(de)(de)建設(she)在我國已掀起一(yi)個高潮(chao)。再(zai)加上近年來各種新(xin)技術、新(xin)方(fang)法(fa)的(de)(de)不斷出現,特別(bie)是(shi)近年來弱電系統發展(zhan)得特別(bie)快(kuai),如何做好新(xin)時(shi)期建筑特別(bie)是(shi)星級賓館的(de)(de)弱電系統設(she)計,是(shi)擺(bai)在我們電氣設(she)計人員(yuan)面前的(de)(de)新(xin)課(ke)題。

酒店公(gong)共廣播(bo),賓(bin)館公(gong)共廣播(bo)系統的設置(zhi)原則

我們知道(dao),建筑的音(yin)響系統一般(ban)可分為以下三種:

n業務性廣播系統

n服(fu)務性廣播(bo)系統

n火災事故廣(guang)播系統(tong)

根據《民用(yong)建(jian)筑電氣設計規(gui)范》要(yao)求,酒店賓館公共廣(guang)播(bo)(bo)(bo)系統(tong)(tong)應(ying)設置服(fu)務(wu)性(xing)廣(guang)播(bo)(bo)(bo)系統(tong)(tong)和火災(zai)事(shi)故(gu)廣(guang)播(bo)(bo)(bo)系統(tong)(tong)。服(fu)務(wu)性(xing)廣(guang)播(bo)(bo)(bo)系統(tong)(tong)應(ying)以滿足欣賞性(xing)音(yin)樂類廣(guang)播(bo)(bo)(bo)為主,且節(jie)目設置不宜超過(guo)五套。賓館的服(fu)務(wu)性(xing)廣(guang)播(bo)(bo)(bo)系統(tong)(tong)包括背景(jing)音(yin)樂和客房音(yin)響。

專業音響工(gong)程背景音樂和客房公共(gong)廣(guang)播系統的設計

星級賓館應在辦公(gong)室、走廊、門廳(ting)及公(gong)共場所設置背景音(yin)(yin)樂。背景音(yin)(yin)樂揚聲器一般選(xuan)用(yong)3W~5W。客(ke)房音(yin)(yin)響(xiang)系統顧(gu)名思義是在客(ke)房內(nei)設置供客(ke)人休息(xi)、時收聽(ting)的音(yin)(yin)樂節目(mu)。前面已(yi)經說過,節目(mu)的設置一般不超(chao)過五套。

揚聲設備的選擇

背(bei)景(jing)音(yin)樂系(xi)統平時(shi)主要(yao)播送背(bei)景(jing)音(yin)樂,給人們提供一個良好的辦公、學習環境。在辦公室、生(sheng)活間(jian)(jian)(jian)、更(geng)衣室等(deng)房(fang)間(jian)(jian)(jian)內(nei)可(ke)按0.05W/m2左右(you)(you)裝設。一般會議室、餐廳、商場等(deng)大開間(jian)(jian)(jian)宜裝設1W~3W揚聲器(qi)(qi)。層(ceng)(ceng)高(gao)(gao)為2.5m左右(you)(you)時(shi),采(cai)用(yong)1W揚聲器(qi)(qi);層(ceng)(ceng)高(gao)(gao)為4m以上(shang)時(shi),采(cai)用(yong)3W揚聲器(qi)(qi)。間(jian)(jian)(jian)距均為層(ceng)(ceng)高(gao)(gao)的2.5倍(bei)(bei)左右(you)(you)。走道揚聲器(qi)(qi)問(wen)距按層(ceng)(ceng)高(gao)(gao)的2.5倍(bei)(bei)左右(you)(you)考(kao)慮。客房(fang)音(yin)響系(xi)統一般是(shi)在每(mei)間(jian)(jian)(jian)標準客房(fang)內(nei)裝設1W的揚聲器(qi)(qi)。揚聲器(qi)(qi)一般均吸頂安裝。

音頻傳(chuan)輸(shu)方式(shi)的選擇

音(yin)(yin)頻傳輸(shu)(shu)方(fang)(fang)式一般有兩種:定(ding)(ding)壓輸(shu)(shu)出方(fang)(fang)式和定(ding)(ding)阻(zu)輸(shu)(shu)出方(fang)(fang)式。定(ding)(ding)壓輸(shu)(shu)出廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播(bo)范圍(wei)大(da)(da),用戶增減(jian)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)方(fang)(fang)便;定(ding)(ding)阻(zu)輸(shu)(shu)出的廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播(bo)范圍(wei)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)小,配線(xian)簡單而且(qie)音(yin)(yin)質較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)好。但由于(yu)定(ding)(ding)阻(zu)輸(shu)(shu)出網(wang)絡阻(zu)抗計算較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)麻煩,切除用戶揚聲(sheng)器時必須(xu)用相當的等值阻(zu)抗假(jia)性負載代替。因此只適(shi)用于(yu)廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播(bo)網(wang)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)小的場(chang)所。而星級賓館(guan)的廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播(bo)范圍(wei)都(dou)比(bi)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)大(da)(da),用戶也(ye)經(jing)常增減(jian)廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播(bo)單元,因此星級賓館(guan)的廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播(bo)網(wang)絡一般都(dou)選用定(ding)(ding)壓輸(shu)(shu)出,功率傳送。

客房(fang)(fang)音(yin)響(xiang)系統的設(she)(she)計還有(you)(you)一種(zhong)做(zuo)法是把(ba)所有(you)(you)音(yin)響(xiang)節目(mu)經調(diao)制(zhi)器混(hun)入共用(yong)(yong)天線系統,通過同軸電纜送入客房(fang)(fang),在床頭控制(zhi)柜(ju)上裝調(diao)頻接收機把(ba)音(yin)頻信號解調(diao)出節省設(she)(she)備。但每個房(fang)(fang)間使用(yong)(yong)不方便,現在大型賓館很(hen)少采(cai)用(yong)(yong)這種(zhong)設(she)(she)計。

系統(tong)前端設(she)備的選擇與設(she)置

如前所述,星級(ji)賓館的(de)音響(xiang)系統宜選用定壓(ya)輸出(chu),功率傳送。下面(mian)給出(chu)功放設(she)備的(de)容量計(ji)算公(gong)式:

P=K1×K2×Σ0

式中(zhong),P----功(gong)放(fang)設備(bei)輸(shu)出的總電(dian)功(gong)率;

P0=Ki×Pi,每分路同時(shi)廣播的最大電功率;

p1----第i支路(lu)設備的額定容量;

Ki----第i支(zhi)路的(de)同時需要系數;

客房音(yin)響系統(tong)每(mei)套取(qu)0.2~0.4;背(bei)景音(yin)樂系統(tong)取(qu)0.5~0.6;

K1線路衰耗補償系數(shu);賓館音響系統允許(xu)衰耗1dB,取1.26;

K2老化系數,一(yi)般取(qu)1.2~1.4。

例如:某三星級賓館有320套(tao)客(ke)房(fang),按每間客(ke)房(fang)裝設四套(tao)節目(mu),使(shi)用1W揚聲(sheng)器,則(ze)每套(tao)節目(mu)功放(fang)設備的容量計(ji)算如下:

P=K1×K2×ΣP0=1.26×1.4×(320×0.4)=226W

所以,每套節目可選(xuan)擇2臺(tai)120W的功率放大器,四套節目共八臺(tai)即可滿足要求。

前(qian)(qian)端設(she)(she)備除了功(gong)放單元以外,還有(you)信號(hao)源(yuan)、前(qian)(qian)置增音(yin)機(ji)、監聽(ting)器等(deng)。信號(hao)源(yuan)一(yi)般可選用立體聲(sheng)調頻接收機(ji)、自(zi)動回帶(dai)播放錄音(yin)機(ji)、CD唱機(ji)等(deng)。前(qian)(qian)置增音(yin)機(ji)的功(gong)能是把信號(hao)源(yuan)來的不同(tong)電(dian)(dian)平(ping)的信號(hao)進行規(gui)整、放大(da),使(shi)不同(tong)信號(hao)源(yuan)的電(dian)(dian)平(ping)在(zai)(zai)進入功(gong)放設(she)(she)備時基(ji)本一(yi)致,以保證每套節目(mu)的電(dian)(dian)平(ping)在(zai)(zai)放大(da)輸(shu)出(chu)后基(ji)本一(yi)致。

酒(jiu)店背(bei)景音樂系統,服(fu)務性廣播(bo)(背(bei)景音樂和(he)客房音樂)與火災事故廣播(bo)的關系

酒(jiu)店賓(bin)館建筑的服務性廣(guang)播(bo)與火(huo)災事(shi)故(gu)廣(guang)播(bo)均合用揚(yang)聲器(qi)。我國《火(huo)災自動報警(jing)系(xi)統設(she)計規(gui)范(fan)》指(zhi)出,火(huo)災時,應能(neng)(neng)在消防控制室將火(huo)災疏散層(ceng)的揚(yang)聲器(qi)和廣(guang)播(bo)音響(xiang)擴音機(ji)強制轉(zhuan)入(ru)火(huo)災事(shi)故(gu)廣(guang)播(bo)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。賓(bin)館客房的揚(yang)聲器(qi)應具有火(huo)災事(shi)故(gu)廣(guang)播(bo)功能(neng)(neng)。因此,在具有緊急廣(guang)播(bo)功能(neng)(neng)的賓(bin)館廣(guang)播(bo)音響(xiang)系(xi)統設(she)計中,必須注意:

n消防報警信號(hao)應在系統中具有最(zui)高優(you)先權,應具備切斷背(bei)景音(yin)樂和客房音(yin)響等狀(zhuang)態的功(gong)能;

n應便于(yu)消防(fang)報警(jing)值班人員(yuan)進行(xing)控制;

n傳輸電纜(lan)和揚聲器應(ying)具有防火特性;

n最好設(she)置獨立的備(bei)(bei)用電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)設(she)備(bei)(bei),在(zai)交流電(dian)(dian)斷電(dian)(dian)的情(qing)況下(xia),保證報(bao)警廣(guang)播(bo)的實施。

因(yin)此,在(zai)設計酒店賓館公共廣(guang)播(bo)系統時如何使服務性廣(guang)播(bo)與火(huo)災事故廣(guang)播(bo)有機(ji)結合(he),是在(zai)設計時需要特別考慮(lv)的問題。

其實,實現這(zhe)種(zhong)有機結合的(de)方法很多,下面介(jie)紹一(yi)種(zhong)簡單實用(yong)的(de)做法:末端切(qie)換系統。我(wo)們知道(dao),無論是背景(jing)音(yin)(yin)樂還是客(ke)房音(yin)(yin)響,都(dou)是把信號(hao)送至揚聲(sheng)器(qi)(qi),并在(zai)(zai)揚聲(sheng)器(qi)(qi)前端加上(shang)音(yin)(yin)量(liang)控制開關(guan)(guan)(guan)。為了使(shi)緊(jin)急廣(guang)播不(bu)(bu)受音(yin)(yin)量(liang)開關(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)控制,現在(zai)(zai)火災(zai)報警(jing)控制系統都(dou)提供一(yi)種(zhong)帶地址編碼(ma)的(de)切(qie)換模(mo)塊,此(ci)切(qie)換模(mo)塊在(zai)(zai)正常情況下,接通(tong)服務性(xing)廣(guang)播,一(yi)旦有緊(jin)急情況,馬上(shang)能由火災(zai)報警(jing)控制室強制切(qie)換到(dao)緊(jin)急廣(guang)播狀態。并可根(gen)據(ju)火災(zai)事(shi)(shi)故情況,指揮事(shi)(shi)故層(ceng)的(de)上(shang)兩層(ceng)及下一(yi)層(ceng)人員疏(shu)散。由于這(zhe)種(zhong)系統的(de)信號(hao)是在(zai)(zai)末端切(qie)換的(de),所以稱之為末端切(qie)換系統。需要指出的(de)是,切(qie)換模(mo)塊必須在(zai)(zai)音(yin)(yin)量(liang)控制開關(guan)(guan)(guan)之后(hou),才能保證火災(zai)事(shi)(shi)故廣(guang)播的(de)最(zui)高優先權不(bu)(bu)受音(yin)(yin)量(liang)開關(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)控制。這(zhe)種(zhong)系統的(de)工作原理如下圖(tu):

酒店賓館公共廣播系統,音晌前端室的布置與設計

酒店賓館(guan)的音響控(kong)(kong)制室一般均與有線電視前端(duan)機(ji)(ji)房(fang)合(he)用。這(zhe)是因為他們工作時間和服(fu)務對象差不多,合(he)在(zai)一起,可以減(jian)少管理人(ren)員,提高效率。大型音響系(xi)統的前端(duan)一般設有:機(ji)(ji)房(fang)控(kong)(kong)制室、錄(lu)播室、資料室、辦公室等。每間面積一般可控(kong)(kong)制在(zai)20m2左右。機(ji)(ji)房(fang)控(kong)(kong)制室的設備布置(zhi)應符合(he)下列要求:

柜(ju)前(qian)凈距(ju)(ju)不小(xiao)(xiao)于(yu)1.5m,柜(ju)側(ce)與墻(qiang)、柜(ju)和柜(ju)背與墻(qiang)的凈距(ju)(ju)不應小(xiao)(xiao)于(yu)0.8m,柜(ju)側(ce)要維護(hu)時柜(ju)間距(ju)(ju)離不應小(xiao)(xiao)于(yu)1m。

音晌系統的線路敷設

酒店賓館(guan)一般均有弱電豎(shu)井(jing),為了減少每套(tao)節目的相互干(gan)擾和每套(tao)節目間(jian)的相互干(gan)擾,每套(tao)節目出線(xian)分(fen)別(bie)穿鋼管(guan)沿弱電豎(shu)井(jing)敷設。干(gan)線(xian)一般采用(yong)ZR-BV-500 2.5mm2或(huo)4mm2導線(xian),每層支線(xian)一般選用(yong)ZR-BV-500 1.5mm2導線(xian)穿鋼管(guan)沿吊頂內暗敷。

音晌系統的供電與接地

酒店(dian)賓館的電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)供電(dian)(dian)系統(tong)均有(you)雙電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)供電(dian)(dian),因(yin)此,在音響控(kong)(kong)制室(shi)設(she)一(yi)配電(dian)(dian)箱,此配電(dian)(dian)箱由雙路電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)供電(dian)(dian),末端互(hu)技,以保證音響控(kong)(kong)制室(shi)的供電(dian)(dian)。另外,一(yi)般均設(she)有(you)穩(wen)壓電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置及不間(jian)斷電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置,從(cong)而更好地保證供電(dian)(dian)可靠性及電(dian)(dian)能質(zhi)量(liang)。

廣播(bo)控制室應設(she)置保(bao)(bao)護接(jie)地(di)和工作(zuo)(zuo)接(jie)地(di)。為(wei)減少供電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)對廣播(bo)音頻(pin)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)影響,保(bao)(bao)護接(jie)地(di)和工作(zuo)(zuo)接(jie)地(di)應分(fen)開設(she)置。推(tui)薦一種(zhong)做(zuo)法是在弱電(dian)(dian)豎(shu)井(jing)和強(qiang)電(dian)(dian)豎(shu)井(jing)內各(ge)敷設(she)一根40×4的(de)(de)(de)銅帶分(fen)別作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)弱電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)接(jie)地(di)和強(qiang)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)保(bao)(bao)護接(jie)地(di)。這種(zhong)接(jie)地(di)在接(jie)入大(da)地(di)時是一點接(jie)地(di),總接(jie)地(di)電(dian)(dian)阻不得大(da)于1Ω。這樣,就可(ke)使弱電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)更好地(di)工作(zuo)(zuo)。
